MEDICAL FORM

This medical form is required for all scouts and family members (parents, guardians, grandparents, siblings, etc.) that will be participating in scouting activities such as camp outs, hikes, etc.

A new form is required every school year.

ARE OTHER FAMILY MEMBERS PERMITTED TO ATTEND PACK 429 ACTIVITIES?

Absolutely! All family members are welcome to all scouting functions.

THE CUB SCOUT UNIFORM

Scouts are required to wear their uniforms to all pack & den meetings and pack functions unless instructed otherwise by Pack Leadership.

The Cub Scout uniform has the following parts:

Shirt—The official uniform shirt is available with long or short sleeves and has button-flap pockets and "Boy Scouts of America" lettered in gold above the right pocket. The shirt should have the Council shoulder patch, Den Numeral patch and World Crest emblem.
Belt—Official navy-blue web belt with metal buckle with appropriate scouting level emblem (see below).
Neckerchief—Triangular neckerchief is worn to signify the scout's current level (see below).
Neckerchief slide—Official gold-tone metal slide with the appropriate scouting level emblem (see below). Boys may wear handmade neckerchief slides.
Cap—Official BSA cap signifying the scout's current level (see below).
Webelos Colors - only required for the Webelos uniform.

Uniform Guidelines:

Lion Den (Kindergarten) - Just Lion T-shirt and cap is required.
Tiger Den (1st grade) - official cub scout BLUE uniform short sleeve shirt, Tiger Cub neckerchief w/slide, cap, belt and buckle.
Wolf Den (2nd grade) - official cub scout BLUE uniform short sleeve shirt, Wolf Cub neckerchief w/slide, cap, belt and buckle.
Bear Den (3rd grade) - official cub scout BLUE uniform short sleeve shirt, Bear Cub neckerchief w/slide, cap, belt and buckle.
Webelos Den (4th grade) - official cub scout TAN uniform short sleeve shirt, Webelos neckerchief w/slide, cap, blue shouldfer loops, Webelos colors, belt and buckle.
Arrow of Light Den (5th grade) - official cub scout TAN uniform short sleeve shirt, continue to use Webelos neckerchief w/slide, cap, , blue shoulder loops, Webelos colors, belt and buckle until crossover ceremony.
